I had one of the packets today before my last quarterfinal workout at 7pm 😩 I was a little sceptical going in because I’m pretty picky when it comes to drinks and powders like this. But I actually really loved it. The flavour was great, not overly sweet, really well balanced, and easy to drink (which is rare for these kinds of products). It mixed super well too, no grittiness at all, which makes such a difference. What stood out most is that it didn’t feel like a chore to drink, it’s genuinely something I could see myself having regularly. I’ve tried quite a few similar products and this is definitely one of the better ones I’ve had. Nutrition and hydration were lacking quite a bit today and I felt like this really helped to level me out a bit before I hit the workout!!
