Change of Mind

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Products

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photo evidence

Pre-Order Refunds

If production does not proceed:

  • All pre-orders will be fully refunded automatically

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will arrange:

  • Replacement
  • Or refund where appropriate
